Term of Use

To avoid any incongruity and to develop cordial relations with all of our clients we do have some terms of use regarding our service that should be considered by all our clients while singing with us. These terms are designed for your and company’s good so both of parties will have long term and reliable relations.

  • For any project of writing the client has to provide the complete description of the project including keywords, word counts, major perspective of writing, and nature of written material, destination language, targeted audience and all the other important details as well.
  • In case of web designing and development or optimization project client should forward all the necessary details and links with a descriptive message that should not contain any kind of twisted words.
  • The data and instructions provided by the client will be final, once the project begins or completed then no further changes will be treated. For any communication error by the client company will not be responsible.
  • The project that contains any convicted material or having any unethical clause will not be accepted or treated by the company
  • The submission timings of the project should have a little margin in them, in case of any logical issue such as technical error or any uncertainty the project delivery could get affected. Other than any logical problem the project will be delivered on time.
  • Client has a limit of seven calendar days to claim any changes or alteration in the project after its submission by the company.
  • If the client have some kind of reservation related to the compilation of project according to the requirements he can make revision requests.
  • Revision requests will be entertain until the client is not completely satisfied.
  • If the client claims something that was not elaborated by the client in the first description after the completion of project, will not be entertained. It will count as redesigning or rewriting and that will cost rewriting and redesigning.
  • On request, due to any swear issue of communication between the client and professional, client is provided direct access to the professional or writer who is working on the project.
  • Neither client nor professional is allowed to contact each other personally while possessing under agreement.
  • In case of consistent problem with the project client can make a refusal for the project, project will be reviewed by a mediator. If the problem will be at company’s stake, project will be assigned to a new person and there will be no charging for it.
  • These terms of use are completely amendable and company reserve a right to make changes without any prior notice.
